He can’t remember saying it, and if he did he can’t remember why he said it or what it even means. Bottom line, it wasn’t his fault and he did nothing wrong. What are all you people looking at? Never mind, where’s my buddy Zelensky? Oh, well, I get to play golf now so all’s well in my world.
