(10,328 posts)You can't trust Republicans. They are liars. They will lie straight to your face.
Even Republican voters are seeing this for themselves now, firsthand. Democrats don't even need to win these voters over -- in part, because Democrats have been successfully branded in the past as so many things they apparently hate -- but just convince them to abandon Republicans because they will lie to your face and stab you in the back to help the rich and wealthy who they really answer to.

(20,556 posts)For vets. Maybe a "contract with veterans". It's going nowhere in congress but politically it feels like a good idea and a way to draw some real contrasts.

(35,176 posts)it is mighty good to see what a chicken shit he really is. Chasing people into pastures with his truck. That story has been removed for years but he had a tiff and decided to finish it off with a dangerous chase through the pastures. These are well known here but were taken out of the papers and the last time I looked they were no longer to be seen elsewhere.
LOL I could not love this more.

(35,176 posts)I have spent hours over the last few years looking for some way to post this so that it mattered. All I could find was nothing much so now here is all the story that is left. I have a friend who lived in the Western part of the state through all that time who could fill all this in and much more but I love her and do not want to spend the short time we have talking about this part of life!

(35,176 posts)i do not know why after years of searching I could never find this. I did find the chasing the guy in his truck not long after it happened but that was also gone fairly quickly. The before story to that was a spat where Marshall had chased a guy with his truck. They guy drove into a ditch, got out and had to run through the pasture as Marshall chased him with his truck. I see that the damage to the pasture was mentioned. That may have been the part they wiped away. The only thing left to say is this...it is a requirement in a group of my friends that when you see, hear or speak the name Tim Huelskamp you must turn your head and spit on the ground. Happy Spitting and thank you!

(35,176 posts)I have tried to find these and never could. They were up for a while and then they were gone. I read them all several years ago then *poof* the Kansas Republican Fairy removed them and white washed some as well.
(Fairies are wonderful in every use of the term but using it referring to them makes them crazy so I use it whenever I can)
I can already hear their teeth grinding,,,,,

They voted for a traitor. They don't believe in a multicultural America.

(63 posts)Lots of familiarity with Kansas and Oklahoma. They may be angry at reps, angry at policies that hurt them PERSONALLY, but in the eyes of massive numbers of people in that region, the worst, most disgusting, most corrupt and hateful Republican is 100X more acceptable than any Democrat. Their brains are so warped by Fox News and by years of believing they are the marginalized, that even as the leopard is biting off tasty parts of their faces, they will be railing against "libtards."
If their current anger translates into votes at the mid-term (if there is a mid-term) I will be pleasantly but shockingly surprised.
