These are non fascist newspapers worth following to get the news instead of what passes as news over here.

1. I thought Sky News was a Murdoch outlet?

I am no expert, but am looking for other sources. I am probably going to go with Guardian and CBC to start with.

I also noticed she had sky news at the bottom of the list. Maybe it's ranked from top to bottom.

3. The Guardian has an article right next to this one

that I don't particularly like. I made a note of the person who authored the article for The Guardian to keep an eye out for her.

There isn't just one journalist who writes all the articles for those news sources.

5. There used to be a cable channel that showcased news from broadcasts around the world.

Every night at ten I'd watch the CBC report with Peter Mansbridge. Then one day it was replaced with Al Gore's stupid Current TV that was unwatchable.

I miss watching the CBC. They treated their viewers like adults. The US media spoon-feeds us pablum.

11. Sadly, the BBC's less reliable than it once was.

Its upper management was stuffed with Tory placepeople during the last government, and its editorial line on UK affairs can be questionable. Unfortunately, that's extended to some of its coverage of world affairs, whereas the BBC World Service used to be absolutely state-of-the art. It's certainly not useless, but I wouldn't trust any outlet 100%, obviously.
