Conservatives Are Not Holding Back Their Reactions To Trump's Heated Argument With Zelensky In The Oval Office

Last week's volatile exchange in the Oval Office between President Trump, Vice President J.D. Vance, and Ukrainian President Zelensky sent the world into a tailspin as the three leaders loudly argued over the US's support for Ukraine for over ten minutes before the press.

The unprecedented meeting went mega-viral and has been described by many as "shameful," "disgusting," and a "disgrace."

The meeting was so bad that Trump canceled the scheduled news conference with Zelensky, who was then asked to leave the White House early.

Conservatives (many who claim to have voted for Trump) are not holding back their frustrations about the whole debacle and how Trump is treating Ukraine. Here's what they're saying over on the r/LeopardsAteMyFace and r/Conservative subreddits:

4. Trump abdicated the role of Leader of the Free World

in that White House event. He cares only about getting money from Ukraine not about freedom, and probably about getting a Nobel Peace Prize. The freedom-loving conservatives that have been strong advocates of the US as an inspiration to the world have been vanquished by Trump. There used to be a bipartisan consensus on supporting freedom and self-determination-- but the GOP seems to be following Trump away.

No, they didn't. Trump and Vance ambushed and bullied Zelensky, talking over him and raising their voices, making threats and acting in a menacing manner. The three leaders did not argue loudly.
