18. Lately, seeing more older people, including me, walking worse in my community

Seems like every other person is telling me they have sciatica. I wonder if some can be side effects of having Covid.

I’m limping so I just might notice more people limping. Anyway - I question them and here’s a biggie for those on Medicare - at least in NM. Dr will do an X—ray but they need to do 6 weeks of Physical therapy before they can get an MRI.

So - I haven’t even gone to Dr because I live far away from any physical therapy- just doing YouTube physical therapy. (Which is really good by the way)

Also, some of my friends can barely walk the first minute they get out of their car but once they stretch, they walk better. I have foot drop from a snake bite and no ACL but walked fine before getting Covid. Who knows? Any of you guys having more trouble with your legs???

20. I'm 85 and I take the stairs in my house about 4 times a day, less if I can help it.

My calves are sore sometimes but I think there is a health value in taking stairs when you get older, if you can.

19. Deep vein thrombosis?

DVT is a blood clot in a deep vein, usually in the leg, thigh, or pelvis.

I know a couple of people who have gone through this. Both like Trump are elderly.

The danger of course is if the blood clot breaks loose and goes into the lungs or brains.
