frankly i think the board shoudl remove muskrat as head of teh company and if they dont i think the shareholders have a good case to sue them for violating their fiduciary duty

(5,068 posts)...in parking lots. Could add them to Tesla charging stations too. Saw there was quite a crowd of protestors outside a Tesla dealership in Tuscon the other day. Good on the people hitting the streets and making a statement for others to see and consider.

(4,021 posts)the board has a fiduciary duty to operate in the companies best interest not muskrats. the board can be sued for violating that duty. a shareholder espcially one who owned it before tan 20th could make a case for teh board violating their duty and sue them for any stock loses. and im sure its going to happen
