lying like chit, but saying exactly what trumpsters voted for?

At least Rep Al Green getting removed was a little more aggressive, satisfying.

Green actually did something.

From what I'm seeing, most Dems did not boycott, and they're holding up little signs.

No Ukraine flags or colors.

I am underwhelmed and pissed off.

They are going to let this Democracy die without raising their voice.

We are totally and absolutely fucked.

what would you do? We're SEVEN weeks into this shit show and he steam rolled Harris so this is what his willfully ignorant 'voters' want. Gonna be painful and even the orange shit stain has admitted that. They wanna blow it all up and rebuild it in their Nazi vision. Dems show SOME push back with signs and they are attacked for that too. Can't win with some you.

and you sit with them, then there are 4 nazis.

They can send a stronger message in absence than half-asses weak signals. The issue is that Democrats apparently are not unified in opposition and our whips aren't as adept at political gamesmanship.

When one of their own was tossed out and jeered by the GOP crowd, they let him be removed and stood there without protest.

People are pissed and angry and desperate for leadership. If this is any sign of the type of resistance we can expect from our Democratic Leadership, then I can't blame folks for their frustrations.

If cute little signs was the best they could come up with, while hanging out Rep Green to dry as he actually protested, what message does that send to the average American? What message of confidence in the party does that send?

Ro Khanna incorrectly stating its a SOTU and that is going to BACKFIRE!

Dems are dripping with kindergarten teacher energy. Not the posture I want to have going into a brawl. Worst thing we can do is a time out.

MEANWHILE, big alpha energy on the GOP side.

But I sure get the anger, and am willing to punch some rube trumpster if necessary.

Not a single one should have attended. They should have had town halls where they fact checked his orange ass in real time. Timidly sitting there with their little knock off auction paddles is just pathetic. If that was Jeffries or Schumers idea they need to step down and let someone with a spine take over. If this was the “punch” the new DNC chair was talking about we are seriously screwed.

Ditch the little signs. They looked pathetic.

INSTEAD, a single Dem should get up and leave the chamber every time the Repubs launch into rapturous applause for the Dear Leader. They should each make their way to the central aisle nearest the Repubs, brandishing a copy of the US Constitution and attempt to hand it to a Repub as they walk up the aisle. Make Repubs RECOIL from the Constitution like vampires to holy water.

Can you imagine how such a measured and prolonged protest would get under Trump's skin?

Every single talking point, more cheers but another Dem quietly leaves until there aren't any left in the chamber. They could even wave at the Repubs as if accepting their applause!

If Repubs start booing that looks like they're booing Trump!

Isn't this a win/win strategy?

More visible than not turning up at all. Not as corny as those little signs.
Guaranteed to be the lead story on the event.
