FYI: There is no such diagnosis as malignant narcissism.

So it is incorrect and downplays the severe sociopath diagnosis.

The correct thing to do is to give a patient all the correct diagnoses.

Trump is a narcissistic personality disorder, antisocial personality disorder, drug addict with dementia.

Trump is quite dangerous.

…..it changed my world. It is a long journey to really understand narcissism, but once you finally do the world makes much more sense. He was my starting point on that journey. Since then I have found other mental health experts to read and follow - but he was the one that opened my eyes. I watch him quite often.

N.P.D was until my best friend of 30+ years revealed himself to me via a psychotic breakdown.Where I swear I saw his face Transform into a demon Toddler for a split second (I know it sounds nuts). Research of what I witnessed led me to this man. I now realize that My Father, My grandmother (His mom), my Oldest Sister are all Narcissist. Knowing the patterns and the condition makes the world make so much more sense.

But I started figuring it out with my ex - we’d been together over 30 years at that point.
