I have two friends, neither of whom are politics reporters but who both work in “the media,” who both told me yesterday that they aren’t even allowed to write or post about Trump with work accounts because describing anything he’s doing objectively would appear “anti-Trump.”

The NYT, WaPo, LAT, CNN, etc etc have shifted to the right. Fox & the Post et al have always been hard right. Twitter & Meta are controlled by right wingers. On a daily basis, millions of Americans - probably the majority - see nothing but sanitized, accomodationist, right wing coverage of Trump.

primarily since the advent of social media and the rise of rampant lies on the part of TSF, that it's become difficult to report verifiable facts. Every fact is called out as bias by the liar-in-chief and his flying monkeys.

The facts are denied and replaced by self-serving fiction when the press secretary and TSF rush to microphones and scream "false!." MAGAt-friendly media immediately pick up the false rant and repeat it until it becomes the "facts."
