10. I didn't realize that was him--I remember that

I have epilepsy and, to me, it looked like Rep John Larson experienced a complex partial seizure. That's exactly what they look like, sort of stopping and staring into space and sometimes smacking of lips. You can see him sort of move his tongue inside of his mouth and move his lips.

It's not uncommon to have a breakthrough seizure even if on medication. Especially if switched to a generic since the amount of active ingredient is questionable. That is why I buy brand name through an online Canadian pharmacy.

EDIT: I just saw that Rep. John Larson already spoke on this and confirmed it was a complex partial seizure. I didn't realize he'd already made a statement.
