Laura Ingraham Tells Her Viewers to Just 'Ignore' Reports About Trump's Market Mayhem

Laura Ingraham Tells Her Viewers to Just ‘Ignore’ Reports About Trump’s Market Mayhem (The Daily Beast)

Fox News host Laura Ingraham urged her viewers to “ignore” the potential recession and general market mayhem, saying President Donald Trump “is good for business.”

Ever the optimist, or committed Trump loyalist, the host played a clip Wednesday on her show, The Ingraham Angle, showing the president talking about better days to come.

Laura Ingraham urges Fox viewers to ‘ignore’ stock market meltdown: ‘Trump is good for business’ (The Independent)

‘Just ignore the sky is falling reports and the regime press’, the Fox firebrand chimed during her Wednesday show

Trump loyalist Laura Ingraham has urged Fox News viewers to ignore the stock market meltdown and have faith in the President’s trade decisions – insisting they were a force of good for the economy.

Ingraham’s comments follow a cataclysmic week for the stock markets. Donald Trump’s drastic tariff levy rattled exchange rates and left economists trembling at the possibility of an all-out global trade war.

“Just ignore the sky-is-falling reports and the regime press,” Ingraham told her audience during her show, The Ingraham Angle, on Wednesday evening. “Tune out the breathless reporting about market jirations because even the most dedicated globalists, they know Trump is good for business.”

She is definitely a liar, but not sure what else she is. Or what she is attempting to be.

...of Reagan, both Bushes, et al. And she's spent her entire career (such as it is) advocating for Thatcherite/Reaganite supply-side economics (which largely doesn't work) as well as more orthodox American economic theory (which largely does work). Now along comes President Trump, who calls himself a Republican and yet violates every principle of traditional Republican economic policy (not to mention orthodox economics). And we're supposed to follow her, like some Pied Piper, into what is certain ruin?!
