As predicted, he will ignore court orders.

Why?

Because there will be no judicial enforcement, and every action he takes will be interpreted to be an "official act" and therefore immune to prosecution.

There will be no enforcement.

He "owns" the enforcers.

Without enforcement, laws for him may as well not exist.

No enforcement? Then, no laws (for Trump).

I believe this is the bottom line of this whole mess.

That's not the problem. The problem is that courts' enforcement powers are limited Ocelot II Mar 2025 #2

There'll be no more Judiciary. Stop worrying that he'll impeach you and start laying down the law.

to finding parties in contempt or ordering fines. If a federal court orders a defiant party to come into court on a contempt charge and that order is to be carried out by federal marshals who work for Pam Bondi's DoJ, do you think the marshals will do it if their boss tells them to stand down?

I don't think this can go on much longer without severe consequences.

Then need to follow in kind and begin ignoring all court orders they disagree with.

So I'm sure he can come up with some BS excuse. Now, if he ignores it again, then we have a problem.

SCOTUS has freed him to be a dictator. We have no protection from this evil regime. We will see him violate order after order after order. They will simply say “the judge issued an illegal order we don’t have to obey.”
