If I had a football team with a head coach that kept

losing games and wouldn't listen to the other coaches on the team and kept making the wrong decisions I would hope they would try to get a new leader.

but now the game calls for a different strategy and he doesn't seem to either switch up his game because he's too old or his team doesn't understand his strategy in which case he needs to explain it to the other coaches and fans.
