the wealthy white west virginia couple who adopted 5 black kids to use as slaves. get sentenced to 200 years

A judge in West Virginia delivered a severe sentence to a white couple found guilty of treating their five adopted Black children as if they were slaves. The couple subjected the children to grueling labor and confined them in a dirty shed, where they had to use buckets for toilets.

Jeanne Kay Whitefeather and Donald Ray Lantz, from Sissonville, West Virginia, has been handed the maximum prison sentences for their crimes. Jeanne Kay Whitefeather was sentenced up to 215 years in prison, whereas her husband, Donald Lantz, faces up to 160 years behind bars for charges, including child abuse, neglect, and human trafficking.

A) Trump doesn't care and posts on Truth Social that he's pardoned them. Fiction becomes reality.

or

B) Trump tells WV Gov to pardon them.

That WV Governor would probably do trump a favor by pardoning them.

some intense intervention to help THEM.

It sounds as though they were tried on State charges--so no Trump pardon for those concerned that he'll make them"heroes" for their racist cruelty.

neither should be allowed to walk free again, ever.

That said, the woman received a greater sentance because she violated her supposed duty and place as a female who is expected to be subject first to her “innate nature” as a nurturing caregiver. Even truly evil women are subjected to sexist expectations, and punished accordingly.
