Who else is experiencing delays getting their IRS refund ?

Mr. Sedona filed electronically on Feb 17. In the 12-15 years since he began filing electronically it has never taken longer than two weeks to receive his refund.

As of this morning according to the IRS web site, his refund has not even been processed. It has now been 31 days.

The IRS is telling the media there are no significant delays occurring and refunds are issued within 21 days for those filing electronically.

Anyone else experiencing a delay in receiving their refund.

1. Not Us

We figured 10 days to 2 weeks.
Got federal in 9, state in 11.
We submitted our return around the same time you did.

2. We filed ours the 2nd week of Feb. Got our State in 8 days, Federal in 10.

3. Not my cherubs

The hubby and I pay. Our four cherubs got their money quickly. Though not optimistic about next year.

4. I mailed ours in Feb 5 and received our refund check March 3

Of course… it’s entirely my fault since I haven’t finished them.

6. 6 days for state refund (CA) ... I was shocked!

But of course our state is “poorly run” 🙄
