You know you are dealing with a stark raving mad despot when the most litigious idiot known to most of us declares that ‘frivolous lawsuits’ will no longer be tolerated.

His definition of ‘frivolous lawsuits’ - anything that challenges his power, authority or sources of wealth accumulation.
