The negative possibilities, too, are daunting.

Such a constitutional amendment is pretty much impossible to get through Congress. And, if it did, think about what it would enable for Trump.

If you consider both of those things, you'll see why it might be interesting, but would probably turn out badly.

2. As much as we all admire Obama, his time has passed. He's moved out of the spotlight and hasn't been a big force in the party or with voters in a while.
