And an ironic one to make on the internet, which is not a 1790s printing press, yet mysteriously protected by the 1st Amendment..

3. Should that same limitation apply to the 1st Amendment as well? Only protect free speech

if done by voice, newspaper, or book, as opposed to the internet, radio, or CD's? Since we are talking about limiting civil rights to only those technologies that existed in 1791, that would be appropriate, right?
