Americans shun Easter eggs as prices skyrocket

5. I always loved to color/decorate hard boiled eggs, but I can't imagine doing so at $8/dozen or whatever

6. Um... if you hard boil an egg, decorate it, you still have a hard boiled egg to use.

One egg wasn’t found for a month and we started having a bad smell and found the decayed egg.

After that we only used plastic eggs!

11. We hide jelly beans. The yellow ones bring the highest points: 5 The red ones: 10 Black : 50 Harder to see.

All I remember is people using reusable hollow eggs, and stuff them with candy.
