I've never been particularly against Melania. She had her minor son to think about. She had her parents and sister to think about. She didn't ask to be First Lady. When she tried to conform to the role she was called a hooker and opportunist. She was portrayed as a Russian player. She has bad taste in Christmas decorations, and I think she paved over a rose garden or two. But, I didn't hate her. I don't care about her nude photos, or whatever her background is. None of that matters.

Her Mom died, and her kid grew up. We have watched her bat away his tiny hands, and wear a hat with a brim to ward off his kisses. Nobody knows where she lives, and the bingo cards are guessing black Christmas trees this time around. But, why does she stay with this developing Shitler of a guy who is fat, vile, and vicious?

Is she like Eva Braun? Eva Braun was decent looking, young, and could have moved away from Hitler. Instead, she ended up dead and burning in a pit, all because of her loyalty to a monster. What has Trump done to earn this loyalty from Melania? Has she been threatened with rendition? Has he threatened to impoverish her?

By now, she should have a stash of money enough to keep her nonworking for the rest of her life. Barron is old enough to remain with her in spirit, at least. Why doesn't she slip across some border somewhere and free herself from the impending doom?

She doesn't seem to love him. She isn't affectionate with him. She doesn't even hang around him. She shows up for the most perfunctory roles during events like inauguration, state of the union speeches, etc. But otherwise, she's a ghost. After the way we treated her initially, I wouldn't blame her for being a no-show. But, I am curious why she remains married to this monster, who is only going to drag her down to destruction.

No matter what anyone says, she is still a good looking, stylish woman. She could divorce him and get herself a real love, and live in another country where she would be safe from the Orange Hellbeast. Life is too short to remain in a hell of her own choosing. To me, being First Lady would not be enough if it meant having to associate with this scowling Hitler wannabe. So far, she's just another Eva Braun, who wasted herself for...what?
