Newsweek - Lindsey Graham Warns of Iran Nuclear Bombs: 'They'll Come After Us'
Published Apr 09, 2025 at 10:59 AM EDT
Amir Daftari
U.S. Republican Senator Lindsey Graham has claimed that Iran is "very close to assembling six nuclear bombs," saying Tehran would soon target Israel and the United States.
"They will kill Israel. They'll come after us," Graham told the Fox News Sean Hannity show, Hannity.
Newsweek has reached out Senator Graham and Iran's foreign ministry for comment
Why It Matters
Graham's remarks raise concerns about the potential escalation of tensions between the U.S. and Iran, especially as the two nations are scheduled to hold crucial talks in Oman on Saturday.
These negotiations could significantly influence the future of nuclear diplomacy in the Middle East. Graham's claim, for which he did not provide evidence, adds to the already heated rhetoric surrounding Iran's nuclear ambitions.

Bibi visits, now it's time to get Iran. I suppose the plan is already drawn up. B2s at Diego Garcia, etc. The anti-war POTUS is nothing of the sort.

(6,553 posts)5. Got to start getting people afraid of the Iranians.
By the time trump is ready to bomb them a large sector of this country will be more than ready. Repeat of the Gulf War and weapons of mass destruction. It worked pretty well then, I suspect it will work well this time also. Damn, I really wanted to enjoy my retirement years.
