The ч is at the end of the stressed syllable in конечно when the word is used to mean "of course." It's at the end of the stressed syllable when the word is used to mean "finite" and is pronounced t͡ɕ.

Not always. It depends, often on how far the o is from the stressed syllable. In молоко, each о is pronounced differently, or "reduced." The first one is closer to a schwa. The second one is closer to an ɐ. And the third one, where the accent is, is the pure-ish o.

But keep it up! It's a start, and shows you've got the initiative. Most people don't even get that far!
