In fact, sometimes I just laugh. It's not a nice laugh, but it's a laugh.

Economists told us for 2 years what to expect if he enacted any of the idiocy he yapped out in his stump speeches. There is a reason we call them experts, and why experts need to be listened to. None of this shit should be coming as any sort of surprise except to the fuckwits in the Whte House. I'm sure they're pretty shocked to find out the experts were right.

My own gut feeling says That Fat Grifter will get a tax cut for his own rotten class, but it will be less than he was counting on. After that happens, he will lose interest completely. At that point, the amount of chaos will decrease and while the balance of his administration will still be a miserable one, marked by corruption and incompetence, it won't be as bad as it is now.

That's also what I'm hoping, that I've read this correctly.

Watching the news is just going to make people more angry, more upset and affect their health. Everyone knows this administration is a disaster. Don’t torture yourself by watching the news.

These last two weeks, my family has been on a fabulous trip. In airports, on planes, shuttle buses, hotels, beaches, cruise ships, guess what. People are still happy. Enjoying time with their family and friends. There’s no political talk out there. You have to turn off your phones. Spend time with your family. Friends. Enjoying beautiful weather. Food. Entertainment. I really worry that so many people consume political anger 24/7. Just try it for a day. Don’t watch the news. And how about that Master’s!

There are many, many posters here contemplating moving out of the US. It is not inexpensive at all to relocate. In most cases, you need a fairly large amount of money. So, I think many folk here have plenty of money.
