then put a stay on that order to give the DOJ time to appeal to the USSC.
The reaction/response by the USSC will tell Americans whether we have a democracy left to defend.

BREAKING: The Trump Administration has missed their court-ordered deadline to provide the courts with their daily status report on Abrego Garcia by over an hour now.
THIS IS A CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS!
It appears as though the administration feels they are above the rule of law. If they can deport Abrego Garcia to a prison in El Salvador without due process, they can do the same to you and me!
