What distinguishes a concentration camp from a prison

"What distinguishes a concentration camp from a prison (in the modern. sense) is that it functions outside of a judicial system. The prisoners are not indicted or convicted of any crime by judicial process."

Previous (arguably better lawyered) administrations called this Guantanamo.

Stephen Miller probably told him it wouldn't be big enough or far enough away. Better to pay some third-word dictator to outsource tyranny.

In a concentration camp prisoners are at the mercy of the whim of the nearest guard. Summary execution is acceptable because the prisoner was clearly trying to escape. Case closed, what's for lunch?
