in today's U.S. is the 2nd amendment... and then only one small paragraph, interpreted as THEY want to interpret it. Applying critical thinking and actually diagramming the paragraph to parse it is beyond their intellectual ability.

There's the first Amendment... but it no longer applies to you if you're not a WASP. And the freedom of speech is shown to be a farce where trump is concerned every day, several times a day, now.
