This video demonstrates Vance's full understanding of the evil to which he has committed himself, has deliberately adopted, and has acted upon. For example, deliberately and repeatedly bearing false witness against his neighbors, claiming they eat cats. Vance is barreling down the highway to hell. I don't have full faith in afterlife consequences, so that leaves it up to us that he finds his destination, i.e. he'll suffer hellish social, political, and legal consequences, here on earth.
