On twitter see the three dots top right corner of the tweet. C;ick and scroll down to 'embedded posts' click on that. It will take you to the screen for you to select 'copy', then to another link where you copy it again.
You can then copy it here. First though you have to clean up/delete some of the excess verbiage...not sure how to explain that part as it differs on all the links. It starts with https and ends at a ?mark and you delete everything else.
