Serious question. Kristi Noem was pictured with a Rolex in El Salvador, and got 3k in cash stolen.

She has been on a govt salary for years.

Some are good and some bad. Some, like FDR, do it out of altruism. Many like tRump do it for naked power.

The ones that bother me the most are the ones that enter Congress without a pot to piss in and leave as multimillionaires.
