We wouldn't have any population problem if adoption were encouraged and facilitated. There are plenty of needy children around the world. Perfectly good babies and older, unwanted kids. You've heard of the cat distribution system? That's what we need here for kids. Not make new ones, although new ones are good, too. Nothing wrong with that. Just saying that there is the possibility to make a strong, viable family if you also use what you have.
