So will he disrupt the service by leaving early, sleep through it, or back out at the last minute and miss the media coverage of him entering the Vatican? Id say its a crap shoot

(3,057 posts)I've been going through thousand of random pics on my phone in a clean-up effort and bumped into several that I'd taken around five years ago, when I was into baking bread. It took three attempts, but I finally was able to produce an incredible crust for my favorite, the Margherita style pizza.
I've had this nagging feeling that I really need to get back to this, the Boule I made was out of this world as well.

Expect to see Trump ostracized, avoided by the other attendees, and that will be The Story.

(4,044 posts)And there's nobody but nuns within 25 feet of slothy and the slovenian sex worker, all giving them this look:

Actually honestly think he'll back out at the last minute, like a dickhead, having a tantrum over some minor slight

(68,499 posts)I actually doubt it, though. Trump was raised protestant (one of the few things I have in common with him). I know nuns are scary to people who went to Catholic school, but I don't find them scary at all, and I doubt he does.

(68,499 posts)a graduate course I took. She wasn't in a habit but OMG she was scary. And I was raised in no religion as my father and mother were totally against religion (Daddy's strict Southern Baptist father had a lot to do with that).

(4,044 posts)Also put them into those ubiquitous light brown metal folding chairs, with no padding or armrest. You know, the sort of chairs you'd find at your average AA meeting being held in the basement of a church somewhere

(11,450 posts)Or anyone, for that matter? A formal Catholic funeral mass is a very defined religious ritual and random attendees don't get to stand up and opine. IIRC from John Paul II's services, there are even more rituals for papal funerals.

Trump to be in third-tier seats at Popes funeral
Arcane Vatican protocol suggests US president may have to settle for a place away from the limelight.
Donald Trump may be the most famous person on the planet and leader of the free world, but he could be deeply disappointed when he sees the seating plan for the funeral of Pope Francis...
