During the time McConnell “blocked everything” Democrats passed generationally important legislation like the ACA.

After 2010, the Republican House frustrated any further legislative ambitions for Obama, no magic from McConnell.

He did brutally abuse the judicial filibuster, which Harry Reid responded by using the nuclear option and stripping Republicans of their power to block Obama nominees shortly after 2012 elections.

Rule: Under no circumstance EVER shall one admit that Republicans controlled Congress during six years of both Clinton and Obama's terms and two of Biden's. Being in the minority or not having enough votes has nothing to do with anything. Dems refuse to FIGHT. They refuse to stand up to all the bad things with a passionate yelling FIGHT SPIRIT.
