The Two Popes movie

I’ll post in general discussion since the movie is related to current events but I just watched it last night and thought it was excellent - kind of prequel to the passing of Pope Francis. Lots of things i didn’t know about him since i lost interest in the Catholic Church way back when. Based on some follow up reading, it accurately touches on many aspects of his life and the “dirty war” as well as other events. Highly recommend.

I loved this movie. A very balanced portrayal of the church’s role in several different events of the last few decades.
