Where is the 2 yr old citizen who was deported?

Why isn’t this a bigger story? Where are the court cases about this and where are the protests?

A federal judge has said that a two-year-old US citizen may have been deported to Honduras with her mother and 11-year-old sister without due process, amid the Trump administration's drive to ramp up deportations.

In a court filing, Judge Terry Doughty said that there was "strong suspicion" that the child - identified only as VML - was deported "with no meaningful process".

The Louisiana-born child and her family members were apprehended during a routine appointment at a New Orleans immigration office on 22 April, according to the document.

A spokesperson for the US Department of Homeland Security said the mother wanted to take her children with her when she was sent to Honduras.

Of course Homeland Security never lies about deportations.

A 2 year old was deported?!?? It sounds almost too crazy to believe. Are the parents still in the US or are they facing deportation too?

Who would take care of the 2 year old once deported and would it be family or the institution the kid ends up at taking care of this child .If this is true it needs to be plastered all over the media.

The father is in court seeking return. Now it’s a custody battle as well as an immigration issue.

All we have is a note from Homeland Security in the file. And these days that is worth a bucket of warm piss. This appears to be another case where ICE acted before the judge could stop them.

And questioned under oath about this case and several others as well.
