I mean it is an easy addition to a common word than makes the original word more meaningful.

That’s why I used the idiom “rolling off the tongue”. Republican-Nazi is easily Republicanazi to me, though I guess it isn’t to others.

I'm not saying that the idea is bad, it just isn't easy to say. It's a tongue twister.

I've taken to calling them "Nazipublicans". It gets the operative word right out out there in front. But either way works for me.
