This is how he is describing the deals trump is making on tariffs. In case you're not familiar, bespoke means "custom" roughly, and is often used in the clothing industry to refer to specially made men's suits, for example.
Bespoke suits are available for a price if you don't want to buy off the rack. Kind of makes you wonder, doesn't it?

There was a spinning/cycling class company in downtown Los Angeles called Bespoke. A play on the word spoke... get it?

(25,543 posts)for a Korean drama (I'm addicted to those) where the character was a tailor who made custom suits. The word was translated in the subtitles as bespoke, and since I love fashion and drama I was in hog heaven!
