Just Set Up Our New Social Security Login.gov

Wife and I created our new log ins. Can't trust Krasnov or Musk and his cyber-punks to not steal our money.

Cannot trust anyone who is a Republican in today's world. "A Brave New World."

I am going to start asking people if they are a Republican and then do something nasty, maybe a puking sound?

I just sent my 11 year old, teenager, grandson, 3 Buddhist books to read and here I am talking like this. I am going to be reborn as a slug.

The one problem I anticipate is that we don't have very good cell coverage here, and they want to set up 2-factor (a good thing for security), but it generally involves being able to receive a text message. I can, if I go walk out up on my driveway where I get 1-2 LTE bars. A pain in the ass, but doable.

Our 'land line' is MagicJack. I still am going to give it a go,. Some systems work with it, some don't.

Maybe take the computer out to the driveway in case there's only a brief time window?

Or, besides a landline option as someone else said, some sites allow for email -- I think the passport renewal site did too. No way was I going to submit my cell phone number.
