Just asking, is it possible for one of these federal judges to STOP ALL immigrant flights out of our country

Until the immigrants receive their required hearings? (I mean hold all flight companies in contempt if they continue them?)

Courts are rebuking much of everything he's tried to illegally institute, even Congressional Republicans are balking at the budget, even Fox News polls show that he's wildly unpopular and they just keep dropping. They're doubling down on their hateful rhetoric and ramping up attacks on everyone not in their bubble - including some judges one could assume would be in their bubble. The coup will only be successful over the long term if they can exclusively control the narrative, something that was much easier in 1945, before the Internet and various Civil Rights movements codified equality under law to people who have been traditionally marginalized: POC, women, GLBTQ+, and religious minorities have gained much greater access to economic mobility, education, and self-determination. So, yeah, individual statements and sternly worded statements are generally bullshit, but the populace at large is pushing back and not buying the bullshit he's selling.

it seems likely he would have no problem using military planes to fly people out without due process.

It wouldn't surprise me if that is next. It wouldn't surprise me if he ordered military planes to drop people into the 'Gulf of America' either.

Then it is up to the Executive Branch to decide if they want to follow the ruling, or to appeal it to a higher court, is my understanding.

We pretty much know that is what they will do, so start the process now? That's what i'm thinking. Edit to add, I believe the supreme court has already ruled that all these immigrants should get these hearings?
