It’s all right there in his last name.

He’s a deranged, mentally-diseased individual. And when someone like him is coddled and never has to face any consequences for their actions, we are witnessing exactly what happens — he becomes an out-of-control monster causing everyone else to suffer for his own self-satisfaction. What a sick fucking fuck.
