The 2024 election saw Trump win 63 percent of rural voters, up from 60 percent in 2020, according to AP VoteCast.
But a new PBS/NPR/Marist poll, conducted between April 21 and 23 among 1,439 adults, shows that Trump's support among rural voters is declining.
According to the poll, just 46 percent of rural voters now approve of Trump's job performance, while 45 percent disapprove. In February, 59 percent approved and 37 percent disapproved.

(492 posts)Who of you really even want to listen to trumps lies and irrational speeches? Who of you actually get nauseated listening to these irrational and unintelligent stories that he makes up for justification of his action? I really need to know, the sight of him disgusts me, is it me or who else feels that way.

I will never again sit and watch one of his speeches, but I will catch the lowlights afterwards. I want to know.

(25,156 posts)I was encouraged talking to one of my neighbors as she complained about Trump.
But then she finished our conversation by saying "At least we didn't get Crazy Kamala in there!"
Mitch McConnel has been underwater in Kentucky approval polls for decades, but Kentucky keeps re-electing him over and over.

The condemned are still way too eager to buy bullets for their own firing squad.
