Who is better for the US economy? Dems or Repubs? Gemini deep research says: DEMOCRATS.

I asked Gemini to conduct deep research to determine if the US economy, based on history, does better under Republicans or Democrats. It concluded that the US economy has done consistently best under DEMOCRATIC administrations, contrary to what we hear from Republicans, on social and most of the rest of the media, X, Fox, and Facebook.

Here's the report, including audio, which sounds like two people on a podcast having a conversation. You would not know they weren't real people talking to one another if I didn't tell you:

The report is very thorough. The audio, near the end, tries to say "well there are many factors..." blah blah - but they had to conclude that given the consistency of Democrats' superior performance when presiding over the US economy over the years, Democrats are clearly the better economic managers in the United States.

Yep. Duh. But most people and the media still insist Republicans are better for the economy. CousinIT May 2025 #3
Wouldn't who controlled congress be just as significant as whom was president? MichMan May 2025 #2

It’s bullshit. History clearly shows otherwise. Propaganda works.

A president can only sign what congress passes. I would think that type of analysis would be more accurate.
