I hope planning has been ongoing... Obama's didn't even break ground until 2021 and won't open until 2026.

It takes a really long time. I'd hate for it not to be completed in Pres. Biden's lifetime.

I hope to visit Chicago the last city I've never been to that I might be able to visit.

during the debates. While Sanders and Warren were angry he was positive and hopeful.
