Manheim Township's Police Chief, Duan on leave after video shows him pulling gun on motorcyclist - lied on police report

Manheim Township's Police Chief, Duane Fisher, was placed on leave Thursday after new security footage showed him pulling a gun on a 24-year-old motorcyclist behind a restaurant about two weeks prior.

Manheim Township Police said it is conducting an internal investigation into the incident.

An attorney for the man shared the footage with FOX43 after Lancaster County District Attorney Heather Adams announced on Wednesday that all criminal charges against the motorcyclist, Benny Pena-Rivera, were being dropped.

...... an Executive Order by djt makes this all permissible. Roughing them up has become standard operational procedures for LEO because djt says it is a-okay. If you lack white privilege then it is alright to stomp on you for no particular reason at all.
