The pResident in the White House sends out a message on his social media outlet that Barack Obama should be tried by a military tribunal. As if the former President is guilty of some crime or in some way was to blame for the present pResident's legal problems. The cause of the "legal problems" is that he cannot stop breaking the laws and blaming everyone else for his own deficiencies.

Why could he not just have said "8644" and let it go at that?

Either we are a nation of laws or we are no nation at all.

The thing about it, his next threat may be against one of his staunchest supporters in the Republican caucus. None of them are safe. Will they feel moved enough to put him out of office with the 25th Amendment or impeachment? I don't think they would ever impeach? But Amendment 25, who knows?

They must know that they are less safe than everyone else? If they move off that straight line or say some word that might offend the Leader, then they could be tried by a military tribunal also?
