I have been saying that for years, although I was mostly joking. The problem is that he also spent a lifetime of eating garbage, not exercising, and (allegedly) abusing substances. That all could easily lead to one or a series of strokes and/or dementia, which tend to have the same symptoms. He also has a family history of Alzheimer's disease. That's not to say that can't have all of those issues at once...
