So, I haven't read the Constitution in a while, and something just now caused me to think about this. We, or rather the media, need to talk about how Trump is throwing out bills of attainder disguised as executive orders right and left.

1. Bills are in the Congress. EO's are not. For that matter Ex Post Facto Laws

are being enacted here. Putting fees on vehicles already on the road for years or decades, being punished for ownership that was tax free when purchased and registered. This should be illegal.

At least it seems so to me, that a lot of the executive orders he's throwing out are de facto bills of attainder. They do the same thing, anyway, and if it quacks like a duck......
