2. Start with Musk and Miller in order to make them afraid first.

Musk broke immigration laws before he was a citizen so his citizenship should be revoked and he should be kicked out to wherever. Next, deport Stephen Miller just for the fun of it. It would scare the tar out of everyone else and because he deserves it.
