A small request: When one is posting a quoted article about a personal experience,

such as "I have. .", or "I did", etc., , could we please put the title in quotes? Some people get confused, do not seem to realize that it is not the OP's personal experience, but is, instead, an article they are quoting. I know that this is a very small, insignificant thing, but clarity is always helpful.

I’ve lost count of the times I looked at a post that I wouldn’t have because I believed the op was relating a personal experience.

7. +1. And 'clarity' (or coherent message) is not just a small thing

If a coherent message/point isn't your objective - why are you bothering to post .. ?

10. And how about putting what you found on BS, FB, or X in the title?

“Found on Bluesky” or wherever is crap.

that would prevent people from doing this the same way it prevents a lot of people from signaling turns in their cars.

That being said, a link at the bottom of a "personal" type post usually indicates the OP is qyoting but has LPS.

16. Agreed. But, far too often, that link at the bottom is overlooked.

Thank you for LPS, by the way.

17. Not only quotes around the words, but also name the person or source right in the title

I agree with you that anything else is very confusing. I've avoided commenting on those types of stories for that very reason.
