(15,145 posts)No planes and a depleted army kinda leaves him without much else. But I'm also of the belief that his nukes are in the same condition his tanks and other armery was in. Their guidance systems are probably in ruin. (Like when leaving batteries in a flashlight and they eventually blow and leak acid all over everything destroying connections)
