Corrupt FED Judge issued/approved Arrest Warrant for EVERYONE at San Diego restaurant

That Fed Judge Completely Ignoring that all it appears were US citizens and legal residents of the US.

Fed Judge issued/approved a Warrant to arrest everyone at that San Diego restaurant.

UnConstitutional. Blatantly illegal improperly issued Arrest Warrant.

Either this Fed judge is a racist asshole, OR more likely ICE’s application for an Arrest Warrant was completely full of falsehoods and lies and misrepresentations.

Either way,

No arrest warrants can be issued for EVERYONE at a place of business.

Vargas said Monday morning's news conference was being held outside San Diego's federal courthouses specifically because a local federal judge -- U.S. Magistrate Judge Karen Crawford -- signed off on a warrant that he said authorized agents to detain everyone working inside the restaurants, whether or not they were undocumented.

Vargas said part of the lawmakers' demands were to meet with the chief judge for the Southern District of California to inquire how and why warrants of this sort were being approved.

San Diego congressional representatives and other elected officials criticized a federal judge during a Monday press conference for issuing the warrant that led to the chaotic scene following an ICE raid in South Park.

3. To clarify, I don't believe it was an *arrest* warrant that was issued

But more likely a *search* warrant.

AFAIK, arrest warrants must name the specific individual(s) being arrested and the reason/charges.

The employees were detained, which is not the same thing as being arrested. The premises were searched and ICE arrested two employees, probably for their undocumented status.

Still an example of ICE terrorism, but not exactly as you described- it is an important distinction.
